Prisliv was born in Wien and lives in Germany. He began his journalism career as a News Reporter for the Nigerian Television Authority, NTA, where he contributed to the network's news and current affairs programmes. He covered significant and high profiled reports for the NTA, such as the 2008, 2009 and 2010 Jos Crises in central Nigeria and the 2011 presidential elections in Nigeria.

He also covered general news stories, as well as beats on education,entertainment, judiciary, legislature, foreign scene and sport. Prior to joining the NTA, he served as a contract sport producer and presenter for the Plateau Radio Television Corporation Jos, Plateau State in central Nigeria.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Abuja, Nigeria, a professional Diploma in Television Journalism from the NTA Television College Jos; Plateau state Nigeria, (an affiliate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria).

In 2012, he became a freelance International Journalist after graduating with an MA in International Journalism from the University of Westminster, London. He is available for projects in London, Germany and West Africa.
